Jeffy/Jubilee is first introduced in Part 1, "Welcome To Candyland". Jubilee is one of the first iconic appearances of the roller-skating Candystripers dealing Pez-shaped ecstasy from cartoonish Pez dispensers. You can often hear her rolling through the crowd shouting, "BEEP BEEP!, Tranny with candy, coming through. When she's not the belle of the ball and not in drag, Jeffy works at his family's pharmacy as an assistant. A huge mistake because Jeffy is a master at stealing scripts and is usually downed-out on something.
