Tommy "Teflon" Delgato - Tommy is a skinny, thirty-eight-year-old drug user who is described as a "slimeball" and a "budding predator". He is manipulative, self-serving, and often causes trouble for others. He leverages the trauma of his father's botched suicide (which he tampered with to secure life insurance) to extort money from his mother. Tommy is frequently "high," and his drug use makes him "sloppy" and a liability. He attempts to blackmail Robert to get back into the drug parties and later tries to assert control over Ronnie, forcing her to work for him and increasing her debt. Tommy is shown to be sexually predatory, attempting to date rape Benji and later sexually assaulting Eddy while he is intoxicated. He is brutally beaten by Eddy in retaliation. He also overdoses on GHB and is left for dead by Robert and Dee. Tommy appears at Robert and Dee's Toronto penthouse uninvited, sent by Bianca, leading to further conflict and Dee's explosive anger. He is unapologetic and often uses dismissive, crude language.
